To plan your wedding party at Villa Lapas couldn't be simpler: Our specially trained staff will take care of all logistics and paperwork to make your wedding planning as stress-free as possible. We handle everything from decorations to music and meals - just leave the organization to us and relax!

And we have room for all your guests too!

With over 55 large rooms, and a restaurant with a seating capacity of over 300 people, you can bet we have enough room to accommodate all your guests - and at very attractive discount prices! You and your guests will have exclusive, private access to the Santa Lucía town and all of its facilities as well.

How we work

To make a formal service inquiry, we suggest you to fill in the Wedding Planner's Form, fill in the questions, and we will respond shortly.

Terms and Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit of US$100 is required for wedding date reservation purposes.
• Formal bids will be sent either by fax or by a PDF file (as you prefer). Once our bid is accepted, we will send you a signed and itemized letter of agreement.
• A 50% upfront deposit of total costs is required prior to the event (payable via our web site or by direct bank deposit). The other 50% will be charged upon your arrival at Villa Lapas. If you prefer, you can pay the total costs in advance to your arrival instead of making a half-payment.
• We highly recommend arriving to Villa Lapas at least two days before the event, in order to process all details and paperwork properly.
